Individual coaching packages
My coaching packages for individuals include the following:

a choice of six one-hourly sessions either weekly, fortnightly or three-weekly, to suit your diary, at a cost of £1,000, or eight one-hourly sessions at a cost of £1,250. I recommend that the sessions are held on a regular basis so as to keep the momentum going, but also to allow enough time and space to reflect, do the homework and put into practice everything covered in each session.

Each coaching programme is specifically tailored to suit individual needs.
Alternatively, I offer "coffee-break coaching" sessions at a total price of £600, whereby we meet on an ad hoc basis for 30 minutes at a time, up to a total of 4 hours. This can be to talk through any urgent issues that require quick resolution. This is ideal to have in your "back pocket" for whenever the need arises and can be invaluable for support in important decision-making, letting off steam, working through strong emotions, brainstorming, idea generation and any other scenario you would like support with.
